Biography

Mr. Ozer got their B.S. (1975), from Istanbul Technical University, Turkey, in naval design, and M.S. (1979) from Yildiz Technical University, chicken, in technical manufacturing. He joined san francisco bay area State University in 1998. He received 2nd master level from San Francisco State University (2003), in Civil Engineering.

He had gathered his professional manufacturing experience through service for naval shipyards in Golcuk and Istanbul, chicken more than 19-year as an upkeep, overhauls, design & Quality Control, and trial professional. He'd additionally worked for IAC (industrial Assessment Center) at bay area State University and carried out power audits more than 26-manufacturing plant in Northern California.

He's been teaching these programs at SFSU School of Engineering since 2001: Engineering pictures (AutoCad2000, Matlab, Excel), characteristics of Materials Lab, Engineering Experimentation Lab, Statics, Dynamics, Thermodynamics, Engineering Economics, Principles of Earthquake Engineering and E.I.T -Fundamentals of Engineering.

His research passions take the subjects of "Dynamical reaction of a Rigid and versatile construction supported by FPB (Friction Pendulum Bearings)", "Sloshing and Impulsive Response of Large Industrial fluid storing Tanks" and "Rocking movement of rigid-body". The relevant analysis reports are acknowledged to oral presentations and published in 13th World meeting on Earthquake Engineering, Vancouver, CANADA August 1-6, 2004 Paper No.1975, 2005 ASME Pressure Vessels and Piping meeting Denver, Colorado, USA July 17-21, 2005 Paper No. PVP2005-71043. The papers submitted to seventh International Conference on vibration issues also to 8th US nationwide Conference on Earthquake Engineering come in development.
